$500.00 for any Wedding Reception event within 100 miles of Abilene Texas

Wedding Reception in San Angelo?  $500.00

Wedding Reception in Brownwood?  $500.00

Wedding Reception in Cisco, Eastland, Ranger?  $500.00

Wedding Reception somewhere in between or outside these areas?

We calculate our base pricing from Abilene Tx which we consider our home base of operations.   

Add $150.00 for each additional 1 to 99  miles outside our home radius.

Add $300.00 for 100 to 199 miles outside our home radius.

Add $450.00 for 200 to 300 miles outside our home radius.
And that's about as far as we will travel for weddings or proms.

We use yahoo maps to determine miles from our doorstep to your city limits.

For Example, FRISCO TX is 176 miles from Abilene.  That's an additional 76 miles. Your price would be 650.00.

Killeen is 152 miles from Abilene.  That's 52 miles over.  Your price would be 650.00.

Arlington is 153 miles from Abilene.  That's 53 miles over.  Your price would be 650.00.

Giddings is 230 miles from Abilene.  That's 130 miles over.  Your price would be 800.00. 

Texarkana is 340 miles from Abilene.  That's 240 miles over.  Your price would be 950.00

Simple?  The addition counts for time to and from your location, meals, fuel and overnight lodging.
